So we just got back from a trip. We went to somewhere near Queens NY for a 50th anniversary for one of my dad's aunt and uncle which basically turned into a family reunion of people I haven't seen since I was 3 months old. Then we went to Atlantic City. Then to Colonial Williamsburg. Then to Virginia Beach. All in all a very nice trip to places I wouldn't think to go on my own. Here are just a few photos there are a lot more on Facebook.

Samurai Jack is a Wonderful Show
It's been out for a long time and recently is on Cartoon Network again. Watching an episode I realized I never found out if there was an end to this show or not... So I bought the first three seasons at Movie Trading Co... but alas no end... there is more I know something like 53 episodes but no finale... they cancelled it before it was over. Anyway season 3 episode 33 is all inside jokes and lightly veiled pokes at Hayao Miyazaki. This episode, being my favorite, inspired me to take a screenshot of their poke at a Totoro creature (from My Neighbor Totoro)... here it is after I cleaned it up in Illustrator... did I mention it made really great noises?

Happy Easter
I love My Neighbor Totoro. I have an extensive collection of totoros and related merchandise. I also love to draw them. So here is a quick sketch from work.

Would you like to see what ive been doing?
So it was brought to my attention that I have not posted in a while. Well frankly that because I've been working and not much else. Once you get a job and aren't at school and don't have time to sit around and doodle you tend to produce less artwork. I've got some stuff I've designed for Omega on my work computer and maybe one day at lunch I'll upload some. But would you like to see what I do when I get home and do not draw?
There you go... level 53 Drainai Warrior. Woot. World of Warcraft is so addictive its not even funny. It's a habit. It will eat all your free money and free time. And thank God I did not have it in college or my thesis would not have existed... so there. Isn't she cute?
