Been Gone Awhile

Hey everyone. Itsa' me Mario! ...Not really. I made this background. I have been working a lot. And playing WoW still. And reading Stephen King's Dark Tower Series. Boy does it hurt my brain sometimes... but it's so good. Anyway, people might recognize this quote... it's also in the novel Salem's Lot. The image 1900x1250, fyi.

My Vacation

So we just got back from a trip. We went to somewhere near Queens NY for a 50th anniversary for one of my dad's aunt and uncle which basically turned into a family reunion of people I haven't seen since I was 3 months old. Then we went to Atlantic City. Then to Colonial Williamsburg. Then to Virginia Beach. All in all a very nice trip to places I wouldn't think to go on my own. Samurai Jack is a Wonderful Show

It's been out for a long time and recently is on Cartoon Network again. Watching an episode I realized I never found out if there was an end to this show or not... So I bought the first three seasons at Movie Trading Co... but alas no end... there is more I know something like 53 episodes but no finale... they cancelled it before it was over. Anyway season 3 episode 33 is all inside jokes and lightly veiled pokes at Hayao Miyazaki. This episode, being my favorite, inspired me to take a screenshot of their poke at a Totoro creature (from My Neighbor Totoro)... here it is after I cleaned it up in Illustrator... did I mention it made really great noises?
